UBU is a revolutionary cosmetic tools brand currently taking over the world of beauty. They needed a powerful platform to make the case for their brushes’ unique qualities and spread the brand’s philosophy on which brushes work best for powder versus liquid. And of course, how to care for their brushes post-use. And they needed it to be delivered with panache.
Snask set out to produce three instructional films for the cosmetic brand, but ended up filming a trifecta of soirées, where brushes whipped around in a frenzy of useful delight, carefully communicating the character of the bristles, and which work best for what. And what better choice to score the films than Tango? A multidimensional art form where music, dance, and poetry collide. One film tells you how to clean your UBU brushes correctly, while the other shows the range of UBU’s brushes. But, what they are really doing is conveying the passion that the UBU brand puts into every single product. To drive the UBU brand’s philosophy, we made a third film to hero the brand itself. Make no mistake, UBU cosmetic brushes get the highest marks in the industry.
