EVRY faced a challenge: they wanted to disrupt the classic forms of communication and advertising within their industry. Instead of promoting the old standards of modern technology and artificial intelligence, they wanted to showcase the potential creativity and innovation of ordinary people. They sought to forge a new path to communicate emotional values and reawaken their brand with the human thought behind digital tools.
Snask began with far-out scripts inspired by actual Youtube videos of everyday people showing off their own technological prowess and innovations. Our mission was simple: take these DIY ideas and steer them them into a cerebral, elevated art-directed environment awash in the brand’s colours. The surreal storylines included a hamster dating app, whose effective swiping was powered by a hamster running in a wheel and a banana-piano, whose musical range was determined by the unique variety of banana shapes and the musician in charge. In the end, Snask communicated the creativity and quality that drives EVRY’s brand while introducing the warmth, humor and recognition of the human minds behind the velvet curtain of technology.
